Kissimmee is long, flat and hot. Buy for the battery.
Nothing down here is a climb. The thing that ends a ride is distance and heat, which means the pack matters more than the motor does.

Distance is the constraint, not power
A 500W motor will hold 20 mph on flat ground all day. What decides whether you get home is how much energy you are carrying, and nobody regrets buying more of it.
The Cycrun 2.0 Plus is the value answer: 26Ah and up to 110 miles for $949. The CycHunter 2.0 Pro carries the same 26Ah and is rated for up to 120.

Heat is hard on a battery
A pack left at full charge in a hot garage ages faster than one that gets used. In Florida that is most of the year, and it is the single most common reason a battery disappoints early.
Store it indoors, roughly between 50°F and 77°F. If the bike is going to sit, park the pack near half charge and top it up monthly.
